# ComeSaveMe Data Deletion Request

If you want us to delete your data collected by ComeSaveMe, email us at: marcelmarnix@gmail.com with subject “ComeSaveMe Data Deletion”.

Include:

– Your full name (optional) and a contact email we can reply to

– Approximate date/time you used SOS

– Device model

– Any reference you have (e.g., incident GUID if shown)

What we delete:

– Precise location records captured during SOS

– Photos/images captured during SOS

– 5‑second audio recordings captured during SOS

– Associated incident metadata (GUID, timestamps)

What we keep:

– Minimal service logs required for security/compliance (non-identifiable), retained only as legally necessary

Retention:

– Evidence stored on our server is automatically deleted within 14 days. Upon your request, we prioritize deletion sooner where feasible.

How to verify your request:

– We may ask for reasonable details to confirm ownership (e.g., the email you contacted us with, device model, and SOS time window).
